Future Rigs is committed to achieving full Saudization across all administrative and technical functions. The company will start operations with a Saudization rate exceeding 50% of local workforce and aims to reach 100% within the first five years of operation. The team will comprise highly skilled Saudi professionals across various disciplines, reflecting the company’s dedication to developing national capabilities. In addition, specialized experts will be engaged to train and qualify company personnel, ensuring knowledge transfer and technical excellence.

Future Rigs is committed to achieving 100% Saudization in all Cementing operations. Our Vision is to build a fully localized workforce delivering world-class services. Starting with a strong base of professionals, we aim for complete localization within five years. Our technical partner crews have proven expertise in critical jobs, including foam Cementing and deep completion operations beyond 5,000 meters. To ensure knowledge transfer and technical excellence, specialized trainers will develop and qualify Saudi talent, reinforcing our commitment to national workforce development.

Cement Process MethodoLogy
The Cementing Process at Future Rigs consists of four major steps:
The Cement unit is designed to mix light and heavy weight Cement slurry in big volume up to 24 M3 (150 bbl) and maintain constant weight. Moreover, the slurry design specifications as the following: Conventional Slurries (15 -17 ppg)
Spacers for WBM and OBM
Water Extended Slurries (12-15 ppg)
Light Weight Slurries (10-14 ppg)
Anti-Gas Migration Slurries
Heavy Weight Slurries (17 – 19 ppg)
Steam Slurries (12-19 ppg)

1. Slurry Design
2.Pumping
The Batch Mixer & Cement unit consists of Twin Pumping Unit and Dual Mixing pumps to pump at high rate and pressure with automatic density control. In addition, it is designed to work on both of -10℃ to + 60℃.
3.Field Mixing Trial
In the Cement unit includes tanks that has Micromotion. The advantage of the Micromotion is that it can mix two different slurries in every batch mixer at same time independently then print out job chart for analysis.
4.Lab Testing
Future Rigs and partner is facilitating the state of art Cementing lab with fully advanced lab equipment and software. Future Rigs lab is capable to run several tests including, Rheology, Free Fluid, Fluid Loss, Density, Thickening time and Compressive strength.
OXY Mukhaizna Trials
Future Rigs technical partner was the only local Cementing company which was allowed to enter Mukhaizna steam field as it is very critical. he have completed 3 successful wells Trials with a very good Cement bond log in production casings as per example .
